Sarvaas Park

Partial demolition and refurbishment of existing facilities, and the construction of a new pavilion featuring a relocated canteen, changerooms, storage spaces, and a dedicated community room.

Wyeeboo Multi-purpose Centre

Construction of new multi-purpose facility. Demolition of an existing building. Installation of a new commercial catering kitchen, change rooms and function areas.

Cobram Rehabilitation Centre

Construction of a purpose-built rehabilitation centre on the existing Cobram Hospital site. The new facility was designed to provide modern, accessible, and supportive spaces for patient recovery, therapy, and care, while integrating seamlessly with the operational hospital environment.

Finance & Administration Manager

Anthony Baker

General Manager

Anthony Baker is the General Manager at Premier Building &Construction (PBC) and is both a registered building practitioner and a registered commercial builder.

With over 30 years of experience in the building and construction industry, Anthony’s career began with a trade certificate in carpentry and joinery, followed by an Advanced Building Certificate/Clerk of Works. His extensive background spans all facets of the industry, giving him a comprehensive understanding of both fundamental and complex construction methodologies.

Anthony’s expertise is widely recognised, with consultants and solicitors frequently calling upon his advanced knowledge for detailed building inspections and reports. Dedicated entirely to PBC, Anthony plays a crucial role in ensuring the company’s continued success, upholding its commitment to delivering high-quality projects.
