PBC took out the award for Best Commercial Project ($6–$20 Million)

We’re thrilled to share… we won!

At the 2025 Master Builders Victoria Northern Regional Building Awards, Premier Building & Construction proudly took out the award for Best Commercial Project ($6–$20 Million) and we’re still buzzing!

Out of a highly competitive field, our Youth Foyer Wodonga project came out on top. A milestone project built with heart, purpose, and the future of young people in mind.

The night was one to remember, MC’d by the legendary @officialcolinlane , who had the whole room in stitches, and rightly so, as we celebrated 150 years of @masterbuildersvic

A huge thank you to our hardworking team (many who joined us last night) along with our partners, subcontractors, and the incredible clients who trusted us with such a meaningful build. This is more than an award, it’s recognition of what building for community truly looks like.

The Wodonga Youth Foyer is a groundbreaking project, designed and constructed by Premier Building & Construction, to provide at-risk young people with a safe, stable, and empowering environment to support their education and independence.
This $14 million facility, funded under the Victorian Government’s $5.3 billion Big Housing Build, is a collaborative initiative between Beyond Housing, Wodonga Institute of TAFE, Junction Support Services, and the Brotherhood of St Laurence.

Let’s keep building what matters. 🎉
