20 Years of PBC

20 Years of Building Legacies.

For two decades, Premier Building & Construction has stood proudly at the heart of our region, shaping skylines, supporting communities, and building places where people work, connect, and thrive.

What began as a small local builder in 2006 has grown into an award-winning company trusted to deliver projects across Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales, from education and health to commercial, industrial, and community spaces. But our story has never been just about the buildings. It’s about the people, our team, our clients, our partners, and the communities who’ve shared this journey with us.

As we approach our official 20-year anniversary on 31 March 2026, we’re celebrating the moments that built us.
Below we’ll showcase one project for each year we have been operating, a look back at the milestones that defined who we are today and the values that continue to drive us: safety, teamwork, commitment, client dedication, and flexibility.

Read along as we revisit two decades of growth, innovation, and legacy, one project at a time. Here’s to 20 years of building legacies, and to the many more still to come!

It was a modest beginning that set the foundations for everything that followed, quality workmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to every project, no matter the size.

From this 50m² job to the complex, multimillion-dollar builds of today, 2006 reminds us that every great journey starts with a single step… and a few tiles.
