I have over 10 years experience as a Foreman which helped me to develop the skills required to step into my current role as a Site Manager.
What do you like about working at PBC?
I really enjoy the level of responsibility and also the problem solving that's required every day. I also really enjoy the atmosphere and being able to work with all types of people.
Do you have a mantra or motto that you live by?
When attacking large and complicated problems I use the positive mantra... How do you eat an elephant? One mouthful at a time!
